About FEMAC
FEMAC is the cluster of agricultural machinery and production means in Catalonia, bringing together around 80 companies and entities across the entire value chain. This includes manufacturers of agricultural machinery, fertilizers, bio-stimulants, seeds, universities, research centers, and Agritech companies. Its purpose is to become an innovative ecosystem that helps its companies and members collaborate to identify innovative and sustainable solutions to address the major challenges of our society.
FEMAC was one of the first clusters at the European level in 2012 to be awarded the Gold Label by The European Secretariat for Cluster Analysis (ESCA), in recognition of excellence in cluster management. This recognition remains valid today, and in its quest for continuous improvement in processes, it also holds the ISO 9001 quality certification. Since 2017, it has participated in various European projects under the COSME, ERASMUS+, and H2020 programs, both to promote innovation and internationalization among its members and to enhance and share excellence among other clusters at the European level.
